My new fiction based on Adi Shankara's Bhaja Govindam coming in a few days!
Inspired by my studies of Vedanta philosophy, I've written a new novella infused with the powerful verses of Bhaja Govindam, reminding us of timeless wisdom. Keep an eye out for the release coming soon.
Adi Shankara has always had a great influence on me. I am attracted to his profound wisdom and the way he was able to interpret Advaita Vedanta's philosophy so simply and illuminatingly. Shankara considered the material world to be illusory and taught that the only eternal reality is Brahman, the Universal or Absolute Soul. I find this vision very liberating and stimulating. I also like his logical and rational approach to self-inquiry and interpretation of sacred texts. Shankara believed that through reasoning and knowledge, one could attain spiritual liberation. The aspect I admire most in Shankara is his compassion. Despite his realization of Brahman and detachment from the material world, he was still caring towards humanity and eager to help others free themselves from ignorance. His poetic and profound teachings in "Bhaja Govindam" and his splendid interpretations in the Vedanta works have helped generations of spiritual seekers like me to push toward wisdom and truth. Shankara will always remain a source of inspiration, with his extraordinary intelligence, his spiritual ardor, and his immense compassion. His words will continue to guide and enlighten sincere minds for centuries to come.

Worship Govinda, O fool!
When the appointed time comes (death),
Grammar (mere knowledge of words) will not save you.”
