Under the microscope, this time I observed the sugar crystals.
They made me think of light as well as sweetness.
“Those who know Brahman see that the light shining in Para-Brahman is the seed of the world. This light is all-pervasive like daylight. It is eternal. It is that great light which is the cause of the world.”
(Chandogya Upanishad 3.17.7–81)
“This earth is the honey (madhu, the effect) of all beings, and all beings are the honey (madhu, the effect) of this earth.”
(Brihadaranyaka Upanishad — 2.5.1)
Close your eyes and imagine…
You see a path winding gently through ancient trees. The path is wrapped in lush green, with the happy songs of birds all around. The sun’s bright light softly shines through the leaves, painting the ground with patterns of light and shadow. Each step takes you deeper into the forest, far from the outside world's noise.
Suddenly, a bright clearing opens before you. In the middle of this green space, you see a simple, welcoming building. It’s as if it has always been there, part of the landscape.
When you go inside, a sweet, comforting smell surrounds you. The air is filled with natural scents. Your eyes are drawn to the wide area covered in sugar crystals. The crystals sparkle like diamonds in the sunlight — it’s almost magical.

Nature
The people sitting quietly on cushions in a circle breathe in time with the nature around them. They seem very deep in thought, their gaze turned inward, seeking a closer bond with the divine.
The sugar crystals, with their clear shine, fragile beauty and sweetness, can symbolize purity and spiritual connection. They brighten the minds and warm the hearts of those who see them. These small, pure sugar pieces represent the very essence of life — a natural purity, free from any illusion or artifice.

Connection
Sitting on a cushion, you join the circle of people. You feel your breath begin to match theirs. Meditation becomes an inner journey, leaving the illusions of the physical world to explore the core of your being. The building itself, with its sacred aura and deep ties to nature, seems to help you reach a state of deep connection with your truest self.

In the silence, the outside world fades away, leaving space for a quiet music of breaths, vibrations and whispers. Peace rules in this sanctuary in nature, and you feel at peace with yourself and the world.
This building is a sacred refuge, an oasis of calm in a busy world.
